About Me

I am Luoyi Zhang, a final-year undergraduate at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), pursuing a BSc in Computer Science with an additional major in Mathematics. My research interests broadly span computer graphics, with particular interests in rendering, geometry processing, and scene representations.

My current research explores tileable and loopable 4D Gaussian Splatting. I plan to pursue a PhD in computer graphics beginning in Fall 2027, with the goal of developing methods that are both theoretically grounded and practically useful.

Research

Tileable and Loopable 4D Gaussian Splatting

Ongoing Research

Supervised by Prof. Pedro V. Sander.

This project studies spatially tileable and temporally loopable dynamic Gaussian representations for computer graphics.
