ReSTIR for Real-Time Rendering

Fall 2026 · Ongoing course project

Studying ReSTIR, which reuses lighting samples across pixels and frames to reduce noise under the tight computational budget of real-time path tracing.

Examining existing algorithms to identify unresolved challenges and opportunities to improve rendering quality and efficiency.
